This Privacy Policy is issued by Cleanstep Pharma and Engineering Solutions
("Cleanstep", "we", "us", or "our"), registered office at U-22, Amrutsai Plaza, Silk Mill Colony,
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) - 431001, Maharashtra, India. We provide validation,
qualification, and GMP compliance services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and
life sciences companies.

and is issued in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
02.Grievance Officer
As required under the DPDP Act, we have named the following individual as our Grievance Officer,
responsible for addressing questions, concerns, or complaints about how your personal information
is handled:
We only collect information you provide yourself, through the enquiry form on our "Get In Touch" page. The fields on that form are:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Subject (selected from a drop-down of enquiry types)
- Message (the details of your query)
We do not collect any other personal information about you through this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial, health, or biometric information.
04.Why We Collect It
We collect this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Specifically, we use it to:
- Identify who has contacted us and get back to you at the phone number or email address you provided;
- Understand what you are asking about (using the Subject and Message fields) so we can route it to the right person on our team; and
- Keep a record of the enquiry for our own business purposes.
We do not use this information for marketing profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry.
05.How Long We Keep It, And What Happens Then
We retain the information submitted through our enquiry form for 12 months from
the date you submit it. This gives us enough time to respond to your enquiry and follow up if
needed.
At the end of that 12-month period, your information is permanently deleted from our systems,
unless we are required to keep it for longer to comply with a legal, accounting, or regulatory
obligation, or unless you have a separate ongoing business relationship with us that requires
us to retain it.
06.Who Else Can See It
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is only accessible to:
- Our own team, to respond to your enquiry;
- Our hosting provider, Invictus Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who hosts the website and the server that receives form submissions;
- Our email service provider, mail.aaravconstructions.com, which is the mail server used to deliver your enquiry to our team by email; and
- Any authority or regulator, where we are legally required to disclose information to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
07.Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from
unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss while it is with us and while it is in
transit to our hosting and email providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08.Access, Correction & Deletion
You have the right to ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct it, if it is inaccurate or incomplete; or
- Delete it, subject to any legal or regulatory obligation we may have to keep it.

within 30 days.
09.Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on your consent to hold your information (for example, after you submit our
enquiry form), you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing
jyoti@cleanstep.in. Once we receive your request, we
will act on it and confirm to you within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not
affect the lawfulness of anything we did with your information before you withdrew it, and it
will not affect a query you have already asked us to resolve for you.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please raise it with us first:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the
Data Protection Board of India, the regulatory body established under the
DPDP Act, 2023, to receive and act on such grievances.
